Overview
The IoT Controller is an industrial field device management terminal that deeply integrates PLC logic control capabilities with IoT communication. Lingqi’s controller uses an industrial-grade ARM Cortex-A8 processor with an MTBF exceeding 100,000 hours, maintaining continuous stable operation from -40°C to 85°C. The device supports M-BUS, Modbus, CAN, and PROFIBUS fieldbus protocols, compatible with water, electricity, gas, and heat meters, valves, VFDs, and various actuators.
The controller features a built-in IEC 61131-3 standard programming engine supporting Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), Instruction List (IL), and Sequential Function Chart (SFC) — enabling seamless migration for PLC engineers. Python scripting extends usability for IT developers. With 12 DI, 8 DO, 6 AI, and 4 AO channels, the device meets the majority of on-site control requirements. Multi-mode communication via 4G, NB-IoT, and Wi-Fi connects to the Lingqi Cloud Platform for remote monitoring, alarm push, and firmware OTA upgrades.
