Overview

Lingqi’s Industrial IoT Data to Cloud solution enables seamless data ingestion from field devices to cloud platforms. Lingqi intelligent gateways are deployed at each physical site to collect data from PLCs, sensors, meters, drives, and other equipment. The gateways perform protocol conversion and data normalization on-site, then transmit the standardized data to cloud platforms via MQTT, HTTP, or CoAP over TLS/SSL encrypted channels. With support for online debugging and remote configuration, field personnel only need to complete wiring, significantly reducing cloud-enablement implementation costs.

The solution offers flexible cloud routing options: direct integration with Alibaba Cloud IoT, Huawei Cloud IoT, China Mobile OneNET, AWS IoT, and other public clouds, or forwarding through MQTT brokers to enterprise private clouds or Lingqi’s own device cloud platform. Built-in edge computing engines handle data filtering, alarm detection, formula calculation, and threshold evaluation locally, so only valuable data is uploaded — reducing bandwidth consumption and cloud storage costs. Once data reaches the cloud, users can monitor real-time equipment status, historical trends, and alarm information via web dashboards or mobile mini-programs.
